The basics
Tap the first day, then the last. One-day event: tap the same day twice. Up to 7 days.
Local rules & notes
Prints on the back of the scorecards and shows in the app. Optional.
Handicaps
Slope and rating fill in automatically from the course's rated tees. Pick a different tee — or edit the numbers — anytime.
Slope and rating for the tee the field is playing. Each course handicap = round(index × slope ÷ 113 + (rating − par)). The scorecards will show the converted strokes automatically.
Tournament hosting
Golfers sign up from the link with no account — name, email, and handicap. You watch the field fill until the close time, then flight it and print the cards.
Shown on the public signup page and the QR poster — the charity, the sponsors, the course.
PNG or JPG, up to 10. The poster page groups them into sponsor tiers (Title, Platinum, Gold, Silver).
Set in the Tournament console after you save — that's where the signups live. As the field fills you'll flight it, set the purse per flight (they can differ), and dial gross/net payout places with live dollar amounts. Everything stays adjustable until round 1.

No Stripe? Paste anywhere you already take money — PayPal.me, Venmo, your online store. Golfers get a Pay button; you mark them paid yourself.

Games
Individual: every golfer is an entry. Team: pick the size and the game, then set the teams in the tournament console — paste a team list, or let it draft balanced teams from the signups. Scramble, Chapman and Alternate Shot score one card per team; Best Ball, Shamble and Pro-Am keep every golfer's own card and the boards work out the team's best ball(s). Allowances are the standard recommendations — adjust to your event's rules.
Pick what you're playing for. You can run more than one at once. Options for each appear when you turn it on.
Player field
Enter everyone playing — name, handicap, and an email (or mobile) so ParTab can send the invite and match it to their account. Handicaps carry onto the scorecard. A plain number is a normal handicap; for a plus handicap, put a + in front (e.g. +2).
